Background During my time at Citi as a product design lead, I managed multiple design teams across multiple book of business in BCMA. There were too many tools for a banker to manage their daily tasks in order to support their clients efficiently and in a timely manner. In order to support for the business effectiveness and increase banker’s productivity there was a business strategy to drive to solve this opportunity.
